The New Fund for Cinema and Television is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Israeli filmmaking and supporting local creators. Since its establishment in 1994, the fund has supported the production of hundreds of documentary, narrative, and experimental films, many of which have received international awards and become milestones in Israeli culture.

The fund specializes in the documentary field and has played a leading role promoting documentary cinema in Israel. In addition to production support, it works to cultivate creators from diverse backgrounds while striving for equal opportunity within a competitive and highly centralized industry. The fund also advances professional, educational, and cultural programs aimed at making high-quality cinema accessible to a wide audience in Israel and around the world.

In 2014, the fund established the Documentary Women Creators Incubator—a unique program dedicated to nurturing women documentary filmmakers from diverse cultures and backgrounds in Israel. The program provides participants with professional mentorship, practical training, and a supportive environment for creating socially engaged films that reflect the many voices of Israeli society.

Anatta Foundation has supported the Documentary Women Creators Incubator since 2018. Thanks to this partnership, the program is able to offer participants deep professional enrichment, encourage meaningful collaboration, and foster an empowering and inspiring community of women within the Israeli film industry.
