Inklu – Inclusive Schools and Kindergartens is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing inclusive public education in Israel, where children with and without special needs learn together within the same educational framework, grounded in equality, belonging, and genuine opportunity for growth.

The organization has developed, and leads, a nationwide network of kindergartens, elementary schools, and high schools serving thousands of students from across all sectors of Israeli society. Inklu operates in full partnership with the Ministry of Education, and all institutions within the network are officially recognized and operate under a distinctive model of inclusive education.

Inklu’s work is built on four core values: belonging, diversity, excellence, and independence. These values are translated into practice through inclusive pedagogy, thoughtfully designed learning environments, community guidance, and personalized support for students. The organization’s mission is to ensure that every child in Israel has an equal opportunity to belong, grow, and realize their individual potential within a society that values diversity as an asset.
