CoCuDi is an international development organization operating out of Israel that advances sustainable local social action through skills development, network building, and knowledge-sharing programs. The organization addresses one of the central challenges faced by social entrepreneurs in developing communities: limited access to the resources, training, and infrastructure needed to launch and sustain local initiatives

CoCuDi believes that one of the reasons for these limitations lies in the top-down approach that often dominates the development world, alongside biases and preconceived notions toward local communities. Guided by this perspective, the organization seeks to build bridges and create equitable partnerships through knowledge-sharing initiatives, skills development, and the strengthening of social and community infrastructure

CoCuDi initiates and manages joint projects that connect communities in East Africa and Israel, creating global networks that strengthen the social capital of both individuals and communities. Through these partnerships, personal and communal capacities are cultivated in ways that advance a more equitable, diverse, and sustainable society
